Happy Hallogivmas!
If this is the first time you've ever heard of Hallogivmas, please, allow me to enlighten you! Hallogivmas is the incredible bringing together of the best aspects of the best holidays, to be celebrated at a time between holidays.
Hallogivmas is celebrated annually the last Saturday of April. Now you might be asking yourself, why do you want to celebrate this made up holiday?
First, all holidays are made up. They just become holidays once they've been around for long enough. Here's a handy list of the rest of the reasons.
- It's a costume party. In April. Who doesn't like to dress up, really? People who aren't fun.
- This is an alcohol based holiday. Activities include, but are not limited to: flip cup, beer pong, three man, and running around in said costumes like idiots.
- Secret Santa gift exchange. Getting shit is awesome.
- We don't give out cards. Cards are dumb.
- Turkey dinner!
